We recently had the opportunity to photograph a beautiful beach wedding at the Royal Palm Island Cutler Bay. Krystal and Alfredo met on a dating app. They said that dating in Miami is a lot like fishing, and in order to find your right match, you needed to know which bait to use to lure your catch. They’re both outdoor aficionados who love fishing, scuba diving and everything related to the sea, and that’s why the chose perfect waterfront location to host their beach wedding. This beautiful wedding at the Epic Hotel Miami, and ceremony at St. Hugh Catholic Church in Coconut Grove, was one of the most emotional and gorgeous weddings that A Pico Studio has had the pleasure to film. Natalie and Marcos met at work back in 2015, and although he was her boss for a while, “they” say the tables flipped after they got together. Natalie is an only child, and “daddy’s little girl”. Their nuptials at St. Hugh Catholic Church was followed by a gorgeous reception at the Epic Hotel in Downtown Miami, where the bride’s father delivered a beautiful and emotional speech. Isabel & Emilio’s Gesu Church Wedding
Isabel and Emilio had mutual friends in common for decades, but their paths didn’t cross until many years later. It was at a Tom Petty concert that their friendship little by little evolved. Eleven months later they got engaged on a flight, a mile up in the clouds. This is a very special wedding for me because Emilio’s dad, has been a long time photojournalist colleague of mine, and worked a lot with him in my early “rookie” years (as Emilio Sr. would call me). I hope you guys enjoy this beautiful wedding at the classic Gesu Church in Downtown Miami, and reception at the Hyatt Coral Gables.
Karina & Alex Wedding Movie Trailer
Hello Star Wars fans. A Pico Studio had the opportunity to film this beautiful Star Wars themed wedding at the Club of Knights, Coral Gables. Karina & Alex are huge fans of the Star Wars movies franchise, so they decided to say their “I knows” under the stars, in a Galactic ceremony full of Star Wars quotes, music, lightsabers, and movie characters. “At the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, the couple ready they got”, while watching “The Empire Strikes Back”. We couldn’t pass this opportunity to use some of the beautiful Star Wars score by John Williams in some parts of this wedding trailer. Filming this wedding was not only special for me because I’m also a big Star Wars fan, but it’s also the nuptials of a dear friend and colleague’s granddaughter, Guillermo Benites. We want to thank all the other vendors that “a big success this wedding they made”.
