After having to postpone their wedding due to renovations at the Rusty Pelican, Lucy and Diego were finally able to say their “I Do’s.” This couple was simply phenomenal to work with. Their cooperativeness, humbleness and appreciation for photography was incomparable. It was a very intimate wedding, primarily close family members that flew in from Colombia and Dominican Republic. The couple’s much awaited day began at the Coral Gables Hyatt where they got ready, and where we also shot some portraits. Then it was off to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church where the couple tied the knot. The beautiful December day was ideal for a reception at the Rusty Pelican where the view of Miami’s skyline was absolutely perfect… and of course we took advantage of it take some photos. Lucy also surprised her new husband with Carnival performers for “La Hora Loca.” Hope you all enjoy the images! Lucy and Diego, we wish you the very best and many years of love and happiness! Enjoy!
Despite a few rain showers that delayed the wedding, Ily and Manny’s special day turned out to be absolutely beautiful…if anything, the raindrops were a blessing in disguise for this happy couple. The ceremony was held at Epiphany Church followed by an elegant and classy reception at Riviera Country Club. One of our favorite photos is the one of the bride and her father looking at each other with very tender eyes. It’s so wonderful to be able to capture these special moments in life when a father sees his “little girl” all grown up and starting a new chapter in her life. We hope you enjoy these images! We have lots more blog postings coming up as we have a very busy wedding season! We’d like to give a special thanks to the following vendors for making everything look exceptional:

I’ve been busy like a bee shooting and editing weddings these days… and it’s truly a privilege to present to you Ana Mari and Mark’s remarkable wedding movie trailer. This wedding rocked from beginning to end and we made sure to showcase the splendor in this wedding movie trailer. Ana Mari stunned more than 300 guests and the groom in a Vera Wang wedding gown as she walked down the aisle in the beautiful Gesu Catholic Church. Our team of videographers really took the time to showcase this wonderful and lovely couple. We simply wanted to have fun with them and put together a wedding recap that they would never forget. Their reception was held at the gorgeous Surf Club in Miami Beach. We’d like to give kudos to Eric Trelles for putting together such an elegant wedding reception that was filled with grandeur and fantastic music. Hope you enjoy every second of this sneakpeak. Ana Mari and Mark, can’t wait to give you guys your full-length wedding video. Wishing you a lifetime of happiness.

I never thought I’d be blogging about my own fiancée’s bridal shower… but I had to pull double duty as a future groom and photographer. Since our other photography partner was busy with another client, I had to grab the camera and shoot away to give my fiancée, Andrea, the images she deserves. Andrea came up with the concept for the decoration of the bridal shower and her bridesmaids helped set up everything to perfection. I’d also like to give a special thanks to Mario Fernandez from Belle Fleur for putting together such beautiful and elegant flower arrangements and Patty from Not Just Cakes by Patty for preparing the delicious cupcakes, cake and exquisite chocolate covered strawberries. You both helped make Andrea’s vision of the bridal shower come to life. Hope you all enjoy the images.
